In response to Covid-19 Mile Zero Tours suspended travel in mid-March and we have subsequently cancelled all tours scheduled through August and all travels outside of BC until at least December.
As the crisis appears to be easing in BC we are very much looking forward to getting back on the road this fall with a number of BC based Short Escapes. In preparation for a return to travel we will continue to ensure the health and safety of our guests and employees is our top priority and we will be enacting various policies to ensure this going forward.
While we are very excited and optimistic about these upcoming tours we do want everyone to be aware that we will not hesitate to cancel any tours if it is deemed unsafe to continue. In such cases all deposit will be fully and promptly refunded.
We have now reopened our office in Victoria. However we are asking that all in-person visits be by appointment only at this time. If you do wish to come in please call 250-590-0811 to set up an appointment. Our office hours will be shortened for the next few months. Monday to Thursday 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM. We will be closed Fridays, weekends and statuary holidays.

In response to Covid-19 and government recommendations, Mile Zero Tours is suspending all tours that travel outside of BC until September 30 and all tours travelling to the USA and overseas until December 31. The safety and security of our guests and personnel is of utmost importance and guests on affected tours have been contacted. We are in the process of issuing refunds.
Our passion for life enriching travel is as strong as ever, and we remain committed to providing all our guests with exceptional travel experiences.
If you have travel booked , or are considering booking travel, it is understandable that you may have some concerns. While we are committed to continuing to travel, we also understand that our guests may have a different level of comfort. Therefore, we want to provide the flexibility to make these decisions on their own without financial penalties. So, we’ve adjusted our cancellation terms to allow our guests additional time to make the most informed decisions about their travels.
In order to provide this peace of mind, Mile Zero Tours has amended our cancellation policies for individual cancellations on all trips departing through December 31, 2020.
Final Payments - Mile Zero Tours is working with our suppliers to extend final payment dates. We will be in touch with guests as these dates approach.
Cancellations made prior to final payment – Mile Zero Tours will waive the administration fee and provide full value of deposit as credit for future tour. Guests may still choose a refund less a maximum administration fee of $50 per person.
Cancellations made after final payment – Mile Zero Tours will issue credit for a future tour of 50% of any non-refundable portions up to 14 days prior to travel. Guests are recommended to purchase cancellation insurance with a ‘cancel for any reason’ provision. Cancel for any reason covers guests for the other 50% of the non-refundable portion thereby allowing guests to cancel up to 14 days prior to travel with 100% of their travel investment protected if they do not feel comfortable travelling at the time. As insurance coverage policies are changing please discus these options with Mile Zero Tours agent at time of final payment.
